UI Degradation - Resolved.
The Device Cloud Technology Team has resolved an issue with the Device Health Dashboard. The problem began on 2017 March 1 20:02 UTC and was resolved by 2017 March 1 20:11 UTC. During this time, Customers may have received an error message in the Device Health Dashboard UI. All other UI functions were responding correctly. External Web API calls and Device functionality was not impacted.
Corrective measures have been successful; normal performance has been restored. Root cause investigation is under way, an update on progress and preventative steps instituted as the root cause is uncovered. Thank you for your continued business and patience during this incident.
