On Sunday Sept 15th, 10:52AM UTC, the Digi Cloud Operations Team encountered an issue impacting the application tier. This issue resulted in a service disruption for 12 minutes, from 10:52AM to 11:03AM UTC. Thank you for your continued business and patience.

Root Cause:
Digi Remote Manager's cloud provider suffered an unexpected hardware failure in their US East data center and it took 11 minutes for our provider to route our affected portions to working hardware. The outage resulted in a complete disruption to our web front end and devices were unable to connect. After our provider moved us to working hardware and we recovered, devices could reconnect immediately and worker backlog was cleared within 3 minutes.
